Marion and Bill Brakefield have decided to buy Clyde. Although he can
never replace Malibu Ken, he will carry on Kenny's heritage. With his
incredible muscle and class and with Kenny as his sire and That Perfect
Clu as his dam, he should truly be an outstanding show horse and sire.
We wish them the best of luck and we will do everything possible to help
promote him. What a wonderful colt for two of the most wonderful people
I know.

4/11/2009 Chestnut Filly

Dandy Dee Gal
Annie is an orphan but you would
never know it from looking at
her. She was an embryo transfer
baby and the recipient mare
carrying her, prolapsed her
uterus when the filly was 12
hours old. “Annie” is doing
great on the milk replacer and
she thinks of Mike and I as her
mother. She plays when we put
her outside but has a fit if we
leave her there alone. She is
going to be an awesome mare.
Her actual dam is Dandy Dee Gal,
who is a World Champion
producer. PDS as we call Dandy
Dee Gal is one of our great
older mares. This filly has
the beautiful head and hip that
both of her parents possess.
Being an orphan has not set her
back one bit. She has all the
muscle and class and size that
you could want on a baby.
Besides that, she has such a
personality that you just can’t
help but love her.

Sonnys
Red Lace was an AQHA mare
that sold twice for
$100.000.00. Classic Acres
owned her and bred her to
their World Champion Paint
stallion, Socketts
Sensation. The resulting
foal was Laced N Sensation.
When Lanis and I found that
“Lacy” was available, we
bought her. We bred her to
Zips Heaven Sent, the great
Paint pleasure stallion then
owned by the Gillespies.
Since the stud was in
Kentucky for the breeding
season, we took the mare
back to Kentucky to foal and
the resulting foal is
Stormy. The filly has so
much muscle and size. She
looks like a halter horse
but she also moves like a
pleasure horse. She is
Kentucky Breeders Incentive
Fund eligible and will earn
a lot of money for whoever
owns her as she will both
halter and ride.

is out of Cooleah who is
sired by Ima Cool Skip. The
sire of Ruthie is JMK Malibu
Ken, the deceased multiple
World Champion. The
produce of Cooleah include A
Classic Edition, the High
Point Halter Mare in the
nation for 2007 and 2008.
She is also an AQHA Champion
and leading the nation in
Performance Halter Mares for
2009. Another one of her
get is An Exception, the
Australian National Champion
and the sire of many
National Champions in
Australia. There is not
much guessing as to how this
filly will mature-----and
she is priced to sell.

Sally has a show record and was
qualified for the World. The
first cross with Malibu Ken
produced Goldie from last year
and we are expecting another
embryo out of her this year.
