The first time I saw Eva, I liked her.
My friend Carri Jones had bought her from Halvorson Ranch
and they were trying to get her registered both Paint and Quarter,
which they did. While Carri
owned her she bred her to Paint horses and the mare really
excelled there. Her
daughter, CJ Evidently Misscool produced a World Champion
Paint last year. Carri was
offered a lot of money for Eva
and sold her.
My friends, Larry and Anne Lemke bought her last fall and I
ended up getting her from them.
I am very familiar with her pedigree as she is by Ima Cool
Skip and out of a daughter of Obvious Conclusion that is out of
China Ben (TB). A
friend of mine, Kay Peterson from Texas owned China Ben and I
saw a video of her----she was awesome.
I think much
of Eva’s size and heartgirth comes from that thoroughbred mare.
CJ Miss Cool Evidence has a huge hind
leg and a lot of muscle and
pretty. Besides that,
she is such a nice mare to be around.
I think
the mare is capable of raising some awesome foals and she will
certainly get her chance here.
